Welcome to my blog! In this first post, I'll briefly discuss the setup and technology behind it.

The blog is based on a template from johnpolacek/nextjs-mdx-blog-starter, which I've adapted to meet my specific needs. It's built using Next.js and MDX, and I've switched from theme-ui to Chakra UI for the design aspects. After considering platforms like Ghost.js and WordPress, I opted for something simpler and more controllable. I chose a static site generator that supports MDX to allow for more flexibility in content management.

I plan to write about topics in Web development, DevOps, and other personal projects. Occasionally, I'll include interactive MDX components within posts, which should offer a practical touch to the discussions.
