OpenAI has been releasing a series of powerful language models, starting with GPT-2, then GPT-3, and now GPT-4 Turbo. These models have been widely used in various applications. Now there's a new model called gpt2-chatbot on the platform LMSYS Chatbot Arena. It's a mysterious LLM model without any official announcement or descriptions. The model is quite performant and can generate good responses. Many says it's as good as GPT-4.

People has tested the model and found it to be part of OpenAI because: it claims to be ChatGPT, and it's using OpenAI's tiktoken. Some think it's a next-generation GPT model. They put it on the LMSYS to get unbiased feedback from the community. Also some think it's a fine-tuned version of the ancient GPT-2, but hey, it's "gpt2-chatbot", not "gpt-2-chatbot".
